The Harbor Reentry -GEO is a rehab facility/reentry program / halfway house in New Jersey with 260 beds. You can apply for this facility if you need rehabilitation after prison time. A reentry management program RRM is a process followed by federal agencies that helps inmates return to everyday life after serving their sentence.

Reentry assistance minimizes the risk of recidivism. RRC or Residential Reentry centers are also known as halfway houses that support inmates about to be released. This facility provides a supervised, safe environment with ways of getting back to life. The Harbor Reentry -GEO gives all inmates employment counseling, financial management assistance, and other programs. This RRC aims to help ex-offenders with activities during this new phase of getting back to everyday life.

Depending on the time served in prison, an inmate can avail of this RRC program for 12-19 months. The inmate unit manager determines the duration, considering the criteria below.

• The facility charge can also recommend some inmates for the RRC program.

Visitation is not permitted in these Residential Reentry Centers (RRCs), and the specific locations of the RRCs are kept confidential for security reasons.
